  • What you fill inYour details with your tax number, the client, the invoice number and dates, line items, tax and discount in percent, notes and payment terms.
  • What is calculatedSubtotal, then the discount, then the tax on what remains, then the total. The due date starts 30 days after the issue date.
  • A live previewThe invoice is drawn beside the form as you type.
  • The next one“Create similar” starts a new invoice from this one, with your details, currency and tax rate already there; the client and the lines start empty.
  • Before you use itThe PDF is written in English, and the number is suggested (INV, the year and month, four random digits), not sequential. Check what your country requires; in France, for example, some mentions are compulsory.

A proposal comes before the contract: it says what you will do, by when, and for how much.

  • What you fill inA summary, the scope in sections, and a price: fixed, hourly (your rate times the hours you estimate), or by milestone (each with a date and an amount, added up). Payment terms, a timeline and notes if you need them.
  • On the pageThe total, the date until which the proposal is valid (30 days by default) and a line for the client's signature. The number is suggested (PROP, year and month, four digits).
