With an account, the documents you save are encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before they are uploaded. If you sign in with an email and a password, the key comes from your password and we can't read them. If you sign in with Google, our server holds the key.

What makes a signature hold, and what we don't claim.

A simple electronic signatureUnder eIDAS in the EU it has legal effect, and ESIGN and UETA cover it in the United States. Some documents still need a handwritten or a qualified signature, like wills and notarial deeds.
A seal on the PDF, with Pro and BusinessWhen you sign in the signer with a plan, a QR code and the document's ID go at the bottom of the last page. Anyone can check it at signquick.app/verify.
Check any documentDrop a signed PDF on the verify page: its SHA-256 is computed in your browser, and only that fingerprint is looked up.

Questions people ask before they sign.

Do I need an account?

Not to sign and download. You need one to save documents, to send them to others, and for a plan.

Is there a free plan?

No. Preparing the document and seeing the signed PDF cost nothing; downloading it costs $2.99, or it's included in Pro and Business.

Is a signature made here legally valid?

SignQuick makes a simple electronic signature. Under eIDAS it has legal effect in the EU, and ESIGN and UETA cover it in the United States. A few documents, like wills, still need a handwritten or a qualified signature.

Can SignQuick read my documents?

Without an account, the file never reaches us. With an account and an email and password, documents are encrypted in your browser and we can't read them. If you sign in with Google, our server holds the key.

Can I upload a picture of my signature?

Not today. Draw it with a mouse, a finger or a stylus, or type your name in one of four handwriting styles.

Do the people I send it to need an account?

No. They sign from their own link, without an account, and they never pay.

Can I cancel a plan?

Yes, in one click from your billing page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and signed documents stay.

Which languages does it speak?

The app is in 14 languages, Arabic included. Prices are in euros in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish, and in dollars otherwise. The emails SignQuick sends are in English for now.
