Everything SignQuick does, and the time each part gives back.
Signing your own PDF takes a minute. The rest of the time goes into getting other people's signatures, making the document in the first place and keeping track of it all. Here is what works today, and what SignQuick doesn't do.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Effective on the date of the signature below.
The Recipient agrees to keep confidential all information shared by the Company for the project described in Exhibit A, and to use it for that project only.
1. Confidential information. Anything shared in writing, in person or on screen, that is not already public.
2. Obligations. The Recipient protects it with the same care as their own, and returns or deletes it on request.
3. Duration. Two years from the date below.
4. Jurisdiction. The courts named in Exhibit A.
5. Entire agreement. This page and Exhibit A are the whole agreement between the parties.

Then other people sign, each from their own link.
Send it to the people who have to sign, and see where it stands.
On Pro, up to 3 signers per document; on Business, no limit. Once, without a plan: $2.99 for one document and up to 3 signers (you need an account to send).
LEASE RENEWALIn order, 3 signers

- One private link eachSignQuick makes a private link for each signer, emails it to them and reminds them every two days until they sign. In private mode, you pass each link on yourself. Signers need no account and never pay.
- All at once, or in orderIn a set order, nobody can sign before their turn: the signature is refused until the person before has signed.
- Fields placed for youSignQuick reads the labels of your PDF (“Signature:”, “Sign here”, “Date”, “Name”, “Initials”, and in French “Bon pour accord”, “Fait le”, “Paraphe”) and puts the right field next to each, for the signer you pick; run it again for the next one. Labels written with accents, like “Lu et approuvé”, aren't recognized. Initials on every page take one click.
- Each person's fieldsSignature, initials, a date (today's, filled in for them) and text, in one color per signer. Move and resize each one by hand.
- A deadline7, 14 or 30 days, or a date up to a year away. After it, the links close.
- You first, if you likeSign before you send, or add yourself as one of the signers. If you are the only one, it is done at once.
- Who has done whatThe tracking page shows each signer: waiting, opened (and when), signed, or declined with their reason. A notification in the app tells you when someone signs or declines.
- Straight from a generatorA contract, invoice, receipt, waiver or proposal you have just made goes to sending without downloading it again, even if you log in on the way.
- Start again easilyCancel a request. Once its deadline has passed, send the same document again with a new one.
By email, by default: each signer gets their link from SignQuick, a reminder every two days (three at most) and an email when it is their turn. Private mode keeps the document's key off our servers; you then send each link yourself. Who holds the key.
Make the document in a few fields, then send it.
Five generators, in your browser. Filling one in costs nothing; the PDF is $2.99 to download without a plan, and included in Pro and Business.

Prove that a signed PDF hasn't changed.
This comes with Pro and Business, for the PDFs you sign yourself in the signer.
SHA-256 of the agreement at the top of this page, computed here
Checked again in the browser: it matches.
- A seal on the last page“Verified by SignQuick”, the document's ID, and a QR code that opens its check page.
- A fingerprint, keptA SHA-256 of the signed file is computed in your browser and kept with your document, so anyone can check the file later.
- Check a documentScan the QR code of the seal, or drop the file on the check page: the fingerprint is computed in the browser and only the fingerprint is sent, never the PDF.
- An audit certificateA PDF with the file's name and SHA-256, and each signature or refusal with the email, IP address and time.
Where the seal goes: on the PDFs you sign in the signer. A document signed by several people through a send has its audit certificate, not the seal.
