You add the signers, all at once or in an order, with a deadline if you want one, and place each person’s fields (SignQuick can place them on the labels it finds). SignQuick then emails each signer their private link; in private mode, you send the links yourself. Each one signs from their link, and you follow them on the tracking page.

Yes. Each signer gets their own link by email, a reminder every two days while they haven't signed (three at most) and, when you set an order, an email when it is their turn. For that, we keep the document's key until the request closes. If you'd rather keep it off our servers, choose private mode: you then send each link yourself. Who holds the key.

No, never. They can also decline, with a reason.

Check before you use them. The documents are written in English and the invoice number is suggested, not sequential; some countries require more.

Without an account, nowhere: it is read, signed and kept in your browser, and downloaded from it. With an account, it is encrypted in your browser (AES-256-GCM) before it is saved. Security, in detail.

With an email and password account, no: only you hold the key. With Google sign-in, the key is kept encrypted by our server, so we could.

Not all of it. Payments go through Stripe in the United States, and emails through Amazon SES in Ireland; neither receives your documents. The app runs on a server in Germany, and the documents saved to an account are stored encrypted with Vercel Blob. The services SignQuick uses.

A SignQuick signature is a simple electronic signature (SES) under eIDAS, with legal effect in the EU, and is valid under the ESIGN Act and UETA in the United States. It is not an advanced or qualified signature. Which one your document needs.

Yes, as an electronic signature under article 1367 of the Civil Code and eIDAS, at the simple level.

An electronic signature can't be refused as evidence just because it is electronic. On Pro and Business, the audit certificate records who signed, when and from which IP address; how much weight it carries is up to the court.

A PDF signed in the signer by an account with a plan carries a seal, a QR code and a document ID at the bottom of its last page. Anyone can drop it on the verify page: its SHA-256 fingerprint is computed in the browser and only the fingerprint is looked up. Documents signed by several people through a send can't be checked there.

Wills, some family-law documents, court orders, notarial deeds and some public forms usually need more.

On Business: list your documents and get a request's status, signer by signer. It doesn't send documents. Webhooks tell your server about every signature. The developer page.
