What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?+
The trial takes a card up front and rolls into a paid plan on day 15. Cancel before then from Settings → Branding and you pay nothing: your branding comes off the signing pages and the account goes read-only, but your existing documents and audit trails stay accessible. Change your mind later and you can upgrade again any time.
How long does it take to integrate?+
Most agencies are live within an afternoon. Upload your logo, set your brand color and company name in Settings → Branding, and the signer link is yours immediately. No engineering work required for the basic flow.
Can I use my own domain (sign.my-agency.com) today?+
Not yet. Signing links currently live at signquick.app/sign/[token] with your logo and colors at the top. Custom domain (CNAME) ships Q3 2026 at no extra cost.
Do my clients see SignQuick anywhere?+
Your logo, brand color, and company name replace the SignQuick wordmark at the top of the signing page. On Pro, the small "Powered by SignQuick" attribution under the header is removed entirely.
Who owns the audit trail and the signed PDFs?+
You do, and so do your clients. Every signed PDF embeds a SHA-256 hash and signature proof, verifiable offline forever. Audit trails are exportable via API at any time.
Is this eIDAS and GDPR compliant?+
Yes. eIDAS-compliant e-signatures with a complete audit trail on every signature (timestamp, signer IP, document SHA-256 hash). All data hosted in EU datacenters, GDPR-aligned. DPA (Art. 28 processor agreement) included from Pro.
What if SignQuick goes down or shuts down?+
Signed PDFs are portable: hash and proof embedded in the file itself, verifiable offline forever. We publish uptime at /status and offer a 99.9% SLA from Pro.
Can my clients cancel and take their data?+
Yes. CSV export of audit trails and bulk PDF download are available at any time, on any tier.
How is this different from white-labeling DocuSign or Yousign?+
