1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SignQuick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SignQuick is operated by SignQuick ("we", "our", "us"), based in the European Union.
2. Description of Services
SignQuick provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to:
Upload and sign PDF documents electronically
Send documents to multiple parties for signing
Create and manage document templates
Generate legally-compliant audit trails
Store signed documents securely
The Service is provided on a freemium basis with Free, Starter, and Pro plans.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use SignQuick to:
Upload, sign, or distribute illegal or fraudulent documents
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
Exceed your plan's rate limits or document quotas
Upload malware, viruses, or malicious content
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
The SignQuick service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SignQuick and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of all documents you upload and sign through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
Due to our zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot and do not access your document contents.
6. Limitation of Liability
SignQuick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for:
Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
Business losses resulting from service interruptions
Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your Settings page.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
Your documents will be deleted according to the retention policy
Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
You may request a data export before account closure
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the EU member state where SignQuick is established.
For EU consumers: You also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
