Add E-Signatures to Your Agency's Client Contracts, Branded
Your clients already sign contracts with you. Here is how to put e-signatures under your agency's own brand, which eIDAS level those contracts actually need, and whether reselling or bundling at 150 EUR a month pays off.

# How to Add E-Signatures to Your Agency's Client Contracts, Under Your Brand
TL;DR
Your clients already sign contracts with you. The only real question is whose brand they see when they do. Putting e-signatures under your agency's name, on a signing page carrying your logo and color, turns a routine step into a branded part of your service and gives you an asset you can bundle or resell. This guide covers how to add e-signing to your contract workflow, which eIDAS level agency contracts actually need, what "under your brand" looks like today, and whether the flat 150 EUR per month math works for you.
The signing page is the last mile of your brand
You spend months making every client touchpoint feel like your agency. The pitch deck, the proposal, the onboarding email, the dashboard. Then the contract goes out through a consumer e-signature tool, and the signing page loads under someone else's domain with someone else's logo at the top.
That is the last impression before money changes hands, and you handed it to a vendor. White-label e-signing fixes the last mile. Your client opens the contract, sees your logo, signs, and never learns which tool sat underneath. For agencies billing on retainer, that consistency is not cosmetic. It reinforces that the work, and the value, live with you.
Three ways to add e-signing to your contracts
There are really only three options, and they are not equal for an agency.
| Approach | Whose brand | Signer effort | Legal weight | Cost shape |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Email a PDF, print, sign, scan | Yours, but clumsy | High | Weak, no audit trail | Free but slow |
| Consumer e-sign tool | The vendor's | Low | eIDAS SES plus audit trail | Often per-seat or per-envelope |
| White-label e-sign | Yours | Low | eIDAS SES plus audit trail | Flat monthly |
The print-and-scan route keeps your brand but pushes friction onto the client and produces a scanned image with no verifiable audit trail. The consumer tool solves the friction but sells your client a first impression of a different company. White-label is the only option that keeps the low-friction signing experience and your brand on the page.
Which eIDAS level do your client contracts actually need
eIDAS is the EU regulation that gives electronic signatures legal standing. It defines three levels, and it helps to know where your contracts sit.
- Simple Electronic Signature (SES). The signer indicates intent to sign, backed by evidence such as timestamps, IP address, and a document hash. Admissible in court and not denied legal effect simply for being electronic.
- Advanced Electronic Signature (AES). Adds a stronger link between the signature and a verified signer identity.
- Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). Uses a qualified certificate and carries legal effect equivalent to a handwritten signature, with a reversed burden of proof.
SignQuick provides eIDAS-compliant Simple Electronic Signatures. For the vast majority of agency work, commercial contracts, statements of work, proposals, retainers, and NDAs, SES backed by a solid audit trail is the standard and sufficient level. You would only reach for QES in specific regulated cases such as certain notarial or real-estate acts, and for those you would use a qualified trust service provider. Being honest about this with your clients builds more trust than overclaiming.
What "under your brand" looks like today
Here is the current state, stated plainly so you can decide with facts.
On the white-label plans, your logo, color, and company name appear at the top of the signing page. Today the signing link is a signquick.app/sign/ URL with your branding on the page itself. A custom domain such as sign.youragency.com is on the roadmap for Q3 2026 and is not live yet, so if a client inspects the raw link they will see the signquick.app host until that ships.
On the Starter plan, a small "Powered by SignQuick" attribution stays on the signing page. The Pro plan removes that attribution entirely, so the page is your brand end to end, and adds an audit-trail certificate PDF alongside every completed document.
Every signature is tamper-evident: SignQuick records a SHA-256 hash so any change to the document after signing breaks the chain and is detectable. Everything runs EU-hosted in Frankfurt, which keeps your GDPR story clean when you handle contracts for European clients.
How to add it to your contract workflow
- Start the trial and set your branding. The white-label trial is 14 days, card required, cancel anytime. Upload your logo, set your color, and enter your company name from the dashboard.
- Bring your contract in. Upload your existing contract or SOW template, or build one, and place the signature and date fields where they belong.
- Send under your brand. Your client receives the request and signs on your branded page. No account, no install, no paywall for the signer.
- Wire it into your stack. The Starter plan includes a REST API and webhooks, so you can trigger a send when a deal closes in your CRM and mark onboarding complete when the webhook confirms the signature. This is what turns e-signing from a manual task into part of your delivery pipeline.
Does the resell math work
The pricing is flat. Starter is 150 EUR per month for up to 100 documents, with the REST API, webhooks, EU hosting, and the eIDAS audit trail included. Pro is 300 EUR per month for up to 500 documents and removes the attribution. There are no per-seat charges and no per-envelope fees, which is what makes reselling predictable.
A worked example. Say you run 20 retainer clients and send 60 contracts and SOWs a month. On Starter that is 150 EUR flat. Fold a "secure branded signing" line into your onboarding or add 15 EUR per month to each retainer, and 20 clients returns 300 EUR per month against a 150 EUR cost. Even if you never bill it as a line item, presenting a branded, legally sound signing flow is a differentiator that helps justify retainer pricing at renewal. If you regularly exceed 100 documents, Pro raises the ceiling to 500 without changing the flat-fee model.
FAQ
Is an e-signature under my brand legally valid?
Yes. Legal validity comes from the underlying eIDAS-compliant audit trail, the timestamps, IP capture, and document hash, not from whose logo is on the page. A contract signed under your brand on SignQuick carries the same weight as one signed under ours.
Do my clients need an account to sign?
No. The signer opens the link, reviews the contract, and signs. No sign-up, no install, no paywall. Keeping that path frictionless is the point.
Can I resell or bundle this to my clients?
Yes. The flat pricing with no per-seat or per-envelope fees is designed for it. You can bundle branded signing into a retainer or onboarding package, or present it as a paid add-on. Just be accurate about the eIDAS level you provide, which is SES.
Will my clients see any SignQuick branding?
On Pro, no. The attribution is removed and the signing page is fully your brand. On Starter, a small "Powered by SignQuick" line remains on the page. Note that until custom domains ship in Q3 2026, the link host is still signquick.app on both plans.
See it under your brand
If your agency sends contracts, the signing page is already part of your brand whether you control it or not. Put your logo on it, keep the flow frictionless for clients, and price it flat so bundling or reselling actually pencils out. See it with your own brand on signquick.app/white-label.
