NO COMPENSATION: I understand and agree that I will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of my image, likeness, or voice by _______________. This release is given freely and without expectation of remuneration.

DURATION: This release is perpetual and shall remain in effect indefinitely. _______________ may use the materials described herein at any time, without limitation, for as long as they choose. This grant of rights has no expiration date or geographic limitation.

PLATFORM USAGE: I authorize _______________ to use the materials on any platform or medium, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn), email newsletters, print advertising, television, digital displays, and any future platforms or technologies.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS: I understand that while this release is irrevocable with respect to materials already published or distributed, I may submit a written request to _______________ to cease future use of my image. _______________ will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor such requests for future publications, but is not obligated to recall or remove previously published materials.
