EVENT RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I, _______________, acknowledge that participation in _______________ organized by _______________ on 2026-03-17 involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, exposure to weather conditions, interaction with other participants, and risks associated with the event venue and activities.

LIABILITY RELEASE: I hereby release and forever discharge _______________, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have or acquire against them arising out of my participation in _______________, including claims for negligence.
